When attempting to play any video i get a message stating "sorry, this video cannot be played."
These video's have been played fine on other roms...

    I've...
    rebooted
    ran Chevy tools fix permission
tried media players from the marketplace...

    Any idea's?

Try a fix permissions on ROM manger or type in fix_permissions in terminal. Have you tried Vplayer?

I never realized how much i actually watch video's on my droid until I couldn't. I've had better looking playing video's since i enable comp-cache.

It may fail few times but eventuality it plays all the way through.

If you are still having problems - did you wipe before install? If so - have you tried a different kernel?

Chevy I'm using your kernel uLv 1.2Ghz and I have compcache enabled at the default percent. Did a wipe on install the only thing I could think of would be I restored most of my apps from TitaniumBackup. But I wiped cache, davik, and system not in that order but thats my routine every time I switch ROMs.

If you restored from TB - and especially if your last ROM was not GB - that could be the issue ...

Also - as mentioned - if you are using ulv, that could also be the problem. Try an LV or MV and see if it clears up

I came directly from Cyanogen's nightly build #8 which I was also using your uLV kernels.

But would titanium really still be a problem even if i tried uninstalling and reinstalling youtube?

It was not clear to me that this was a youtube problem - only that there was a VIDEO problem ( I assumed it was videos recorded with the camcorder ).

So your problem is with youtube?

Well its all video playback sorry for making it seem like it's youtube only. But I don't see how restoring apps from titanium would affect video playback? I'll try a wipe while still on your rom and install all apps separate.

I wouldn't think so either ... if it were a data problem, should only affect that particular app ... but so I know - no videos in youtube will play? Any errors?

That's what I see every youtube video I pull up.

Also with any other type of videos I get "Video cannot be played"
