What if i reflashed but only used the 3g turbocharger and kickasskernel. Do u think that will effect my battery life?

Only one way to find out. However, let me add my 2 cents. I don't use any of those scripts and get ridiculously good battery life. Every device reacts differently . Mine didn't like the supercharge script so I stopped using it. I know I've said this like 1000 times lol but I get 20+ hrs on the stock battery and 40+ hrs on my extended life battery. Only using SETCPU.

Ok screw it I give up on getting a clean install of 5.5. I wiped everything 3 times, the market recognized and started downloading everything, all 50+ apps. Then it just started bombing again. Trying to manually install anything gives me the error "there is insufficient space on the device". This makes no sense as there is over 200MB of storage on the ROM and 10GB+ on the card. About to throw my phone out the window.

    flyinion,
I know a lot of people are dead set against this, but have you tried using TiBU to restore your apps. I use it all the time because I'm never able to get all of my apps back after a fresh install. I never have any issues with TiBU since I just restore the apps and no data, except for very few apps that I manually restore data for.

    Rooted: RZRecovery 2.0.3
    ROM: ChevyNo1 SS GBv5.5

Ok, strangely I may be up and running on that last install. After a reboot the market is able to install stuff without complaining about storage space, however it of course lost all my apps. Restoring a TiBu (free version) the market actually picked everything up after that and associated them with it so now the Market shows all the apps it should as installed :icon_eek: Weird (because it used to not do that) but I'll take it. Everything else seems to be working good and the market even updated a couple apps after.

Ok so maybe y'all can help me out on this. I'm trying to move my apps to SD card and getting error message insufficient space. What exactly do I need to do here? Never had this issue so I'm stumped.

Yep that's what I ended up doing, along with select data for things like games. The whole "insufficient space" thing is concerning me though. Maybe it's just a bug in the new market.

Yeah I will probably use that next time I have a problem like this. I forgot about those, and having just finished setting the phone back up, really am not wanting to start all over again lol.
