I installed clockwork because i wanted to try a cyanogen mod. Well now I want to go back to my recovery but it was done in SPrecovery and clockwork can not see it. It is still in my nandroid folder because I went and checked with astro. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also if at all possible I would prefer to have SPrecovery back because I like how it works better.

Open Rom Manager and scroll down to the bottom. There you will find an option to reflash SPRecovery.
