This test is kind of irrelevant because not all carriers around the world have 4G yet.

I don't reside in a 4G area but here are my best results of tests I done near my work and while traveling to 4G areas.

On 4g I get around 15mpbs, usually later at night it can go up to 25mbps.

I regularly see 15MB down, and 6-15MB up on 4G. In a small town I end up in quite a bit I've actually gotten 30.19MB down and 16.25MB up (2nd test to verify was 33.11MB down, and 16.65MB up). These are outdoors, phone screams doing whatever.

Indoors I've seen 4G reduced to 3.5-8.79MB down and .5MB-.89MB up. Even these are quite snappy for e-mail, web browsing etc (movie previews, and Netflix still work well... but Netflix works fine on 3G too).
