Speakerphone not working at times when I flip my phone over

Only at times my phone speaker won't turn on when i flip my phone over on its back.

Speaker phone works fine when I press the speaker button tho.

I have the same problem all the time with my 2 HTC Thunderbolts right now, cant find the source of problem and am looking to see it fixed. Anyone with ideas?
