Speaker Volume Issue #1

Hi. This is my first smartphone ever. So far I'm loving it. Biggest gripe is the speaker volume. On the old basic phones the speaker volume was intense. I find this not to be the case on the Droid Razr. :angry: Any suggestions on how to increase the volume when using the speaker phone? I have it all the way up and maxed out. Thanks!!
