Speaker/Headphone Issues

Just noticed a new problem on my Razr this morning...when headphones are plugged in I am still hearing the same sound through the internal speaker (although at a much lower volume). I've checked the jack for lint, etc. (other people reported this problem), and it seems clean.

Anyone else run into this problem ?

I'm having sometimes where I'll lose sounds and I'll reboot and it fixes it.

I had that happen today too. I had to reboot before i could get sound

I am having the issue of NO sound coming for media at all. Youtube, music etc. There's no sound. I press volume down/up and nothing. the only way to fix this is exit out of the app and lower the volume of the ringer down and rasing it back up again. Then i can hear the sound from media. This ICS has a lot of bugs. Like not getting text notifications. It's like open the text app and SURPRISE! you have for text messages waiting! A lot fo people have been telling me they've called and called yet, i only get one phone call notification (the one i answer). I have cleared cache from recovery and done the factory reset.
