    Hi Everyone,

Current BB9700(T-Mobile) user, thinking of switching over Verizon Droid X.

My highest priority is call quality. How does the handset and speaker phone sound compared to blackberry? Loudness? Quality? Clarity? Fullness?

    Thanks in advance.

Call quality is excellent on my stock(never rooted) X. No worries.

Everything is great except speakerphone volume. If you are at the beach you won't hear anything. But its a known design flaw with tiny speaker in the phone.

call quality is excellent...I even use the speaker for music when I work. Kinda reminiscent of listening to an old transistor radio (a what?), but better quality.

Others have had speaker issues but my X hasn't. Sometimes it's too loud(on calls) and I'm 71 years old...
