Sound issues

About a month ago, my Droid stopped playing music. No matter what music player I used, it would always forceclose. My speaker is fine though. Any helpful suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Are you running any task killers?

Yes I am running "Advanced Task Killer." I have used that particular app since getting my Droid.

That is probably the root of your problems right there. Uninstall ATK as your phone don't need it or any other task killers. The Android OS is very efficient in managing memory and applications.

I unistalled the task killer, but I still have no music audio.

Have you rebooted the phone since you uninstalled ATK? Also try Winamp if you still don't get sound after the reboot.
