Open the battery door>>take out battery>>does it say "Made in Mexico"?
LOL. I'm only joking of course. It's a lemon, end of story. My Droid 2 is not having any of these issues that you have stated. Everything seems bass ackwards. Which is why I asked if it says "Made in Mexico" because everyone knows it's "Made in China".
