Not passing judgement, just stating fact.

Not all programs out there like not seeing a real sd card. Asphalt 5 being one of them.

The Incredible GPU pales in comparison to the Droid GPU.

I'll post more as I find them. Its only fair to list good and bad, not just good.

Some other things already mentioned in other threads I can confirm:

Text and the screen in general is crisper on the Moto Droid.
Linpack scores are lower at same speed on Incredible. Mind you, I tweak my kernels, so that may have bearing.
The screen door effect on the screen is definitely there, but I can overlook it.
Battery life is abysmal and no, I haven't played with it much.
HTC email is awesome, unless you want push.
The market has shut down on me without warning a couple times.
Live walls are like any other phone, they will slow you done some.

Things I like:

The camera is like...godly.
The screen is very bright and pretty, despite its shortcomings.
Sense...Sense!
The touchscreen is very responsive.
The trackpad thingy rules.
Calls sound great.
Caller ID is awesome looking.
Virtual keyboard is terrific.
Nice and light...are we sure the screen is glass ;)

The Incredible GPU pales in comparison to the Droid GPU.

In specs, or real world? If in specs, it doesn't really matter. If the GPU is never used in the droid, what the point? Do you know of any program that uses the GPU so I can give a real world comparison?

In real world.

I don't play the specs game. Go fire up Asphalt 5 and enjoy it on the Droid. Then try it on the Incredible and watch a slideshow half the time.

I'm being very unbiased here, I have both phones sitting in front of me.

People get hung up on the marketing of clock speed and seeing 1ghz on boxes.

Its about architecture.

I will guarantee that the processors that are just a few months out will see much better performance at 600mhz than what is current at 1ghz.

Architecture, architecture, architecture. Dont be fooled by high clock speeds.

Let me know how you fare ;)

Mind you, I had to install an sd card before Asphalt 5 would work for me on the Incredible. It must be hard coded to look for one, instead of using internal storage.

A bug I found: there is a menu for accessibility options but none were ever installed by HTC.

Interesting feedback and right on point so far.

Another small thing I like about the incredible typing experience...you can double tap a word you've already typed to select it and then delete if you want. Lots of nice little things I'm noticing...they add up though.
