    Just called Verizon to check and order the N7 box and talked to the nicest person, she verified that I had the Note and replaced it per my records and placed the order for the return box.
    We will see if it arrives. Very pleasant call though.

    Haha, sorry. I missed it.
    I try to check in daily, but have to admit that on the 24th I had spent the entire day into the evening getting our gym computer back online after a crash, so I probably just skimmed that evening.

    I got a box yesterday. Unfortunately, I returned my phone to the Verizon store last weekend.

    Ended up calling yesterday and found out the phone was still at the store. The manager first told me it had been received at the warehouse, when I asked for the receive date is when he told me it hadn't left the store yet. I blew up. He ended up calling customer service and they've initiated some ticket that should get my money back to me in 5-7 days. Anyone want to bet?

    Wow.. @sam_gordon I really do not get why Verizon is giving you such a hard time with everything. It's hard to believe that coroporate accounts are that much different

    It's not a corporate account. My company just reimbursed me for the phone (I paid with my personal CC and turned in the expense).

    The manager I talked to yesterday said the first time I exchanged the phone (for a "fixed" N7), somehow the records showed I got a refund at that time.
