No prob, were all new at some point with questions.
You can only run themes that are compatible with apex 1.3.1. Check the themes area too for apex themes, Fab isn't the only one who does stuff for apex.

Just go to Droid X ROM's and click on the Fabolous section. Inside that should be themes, Fab has put together a Themes thread that he tries to keep up to date with themes that are also compatable. I don't theme, because I like the simple stock GB theme, but it the themes they should say what ROM they work with.
