Give it time, not every phone is rooted overnight

Hopefully having 7 months in on the Milestones identical bootloader will help along with getting Koush a DX hopefully shouldnt make your wait too long

Its serveral things, like having access to apps your phone wasnt meant to have and thus gives you a service for free. ie wifi tethering. Also if you brick the phone (not very likely but how many people think they bricked their phones when they actually didnt) and take it into verizon to file an insurance claim on it then its money out of their pocket.

I honestly believe the Motorola devices are being shipped like this now because of the close tie with Verizon. Verizon is seeing they are losing money from things like this, im sure not much but like any company they are greedy

Steve Jobs is secretly buying Motorola. Then he's going to lock every Droid out there and say "Now what have you got to say about my iPhone.";)

A minimum of 10 characters are required to post, so 890 was my 8th,9th, and 10th characters :).
