This has nothing to do with Android.
This should be moved to another forum. Saying it's like Android does not make it about android. Not trying to be a (insert random insult) but we need to get this topic under control.

Jobs did admit they were not the first to multitasking, so I appreciate that.

Steve Jobs just pretty much told google they have it wrong with this,

""When you look at ads on a phone, it's not like a desktop. On a desktop, search is where it's at. But on mobile devices, that hasn't happened. Search is not happening on phones; people are using apps. And this is where the opportunity is to deliver advertising is.""

iAd is an absolutely ridiculous concept. I'm sorry, but it is. I don't care how many wallpapers and movie locations I can get from an ad for Toy Story 3. An ad is an ad.

If by familiar you mean what you have been able to do on a jailbroken iPhone since 1G, then yes you are correct. If the iPhone appears to have copied anything it is mostly from their own jailbreakers with multitasking, wallpapers etc...

You can be the biggest Android fanboy around, and I get it, but I find myself bringing my iPod touch around along with my Droid. Apple has pretty much mastered touch with the iPhone and the trackpads on MacBooks, and it shows in the iPhone OS.

The app availability issue may or may not be solved, but even then I find that the iPhone OS interface to be a more natural experience. I understand that Android is different, and cannot be compared on every level.
