Could someone please tell me if there is a way to disable the smiley faces from texted message. Im in the fire dept and we get calls sent to our phones via text messages. when I get a text for a ambulance call I get a smiley face where there should be a x and a smiley face where there should be a p.

    Thanks for any help

You could try using a different SMS app. I hear there are a bunch of good ones but I've only ever used the stock one.

    There are three options:
    1. Reply with a smiley face that relates to the current "status" of your mood.
    2. Reply with a txt on the importance of being earnest.
    3. Reply with your new sms pro apk that contains a list, which is chronologically compiled, and free of all errors in grammar(most important), that will enumerate lives lost only to the cause of missed dispatch alerts that were due to the location of the man on duty being, "On the john," or "hiding under the porch from Droid," respectively.

Go Sms pro will is tested and proven to rid you of that inconvenience.

    Good night and good luck
