Small Black Box with Chinese Characters Popping Up

I'm getting a Small Black Box with Chinese Characters Popping Up here and there. It looks like when you Install or Uninstall Something and you get that small Black box with white writing but this is Chinese Characters. I am getting it on my LG G Pad X 8.3 running 6.0. It just started happening couple days ago. Does anyone have any suggestions on what it may be or how I can find out what the cause is. I want to avoid a Hard Reset unless I really need to. I tried Searching through Apps but don't see anything out of the norm. Device is not Rooted since it supposedly can not be or has no method available. Thanks in Advance.

Installed any apps recently? Maybe search the Play Store for Airpush & try that app

I tried that App and it closed and did nothing. I was able to Catch the Pop Up

I'm seeing the same on my LG G3. I think I started seeing it after I installed Pokemon Go. I've heard of the malware that comes with some of the side loaded editions, but I got mine from the Play Store.

I only see it on my LG G Pad X 8.3. I have Pokemon GO on my Droid Turbo too and it's not doing it. Also this was prior to installing Pokemon Go on my Tablet.
