Sleep mode help

I'm having a strange problem...I'm guessing while messing with my setting I may have turned something off.

When I first got the phone I could have an app or screen open then press the end call buttom on the bottom right and the screen would go black and sleep. This was helpful if I was running an app like pandora and could black the screen, put it in my pocket, then press the end call buttom again to bring up the same screen. Now, when I press the end call buttom it brings me back to the home screen and in order to sleep the screen I need to press the end call buttom twice...

Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks for you help.

I believe that was a "feature" that was added in the first update.

By any chance to you have 'Spare Parts' installed? One of the options in that app is to change the settings of what the End button does.
