Anybody use Slayher kernels? Or do you just stick with the chevy kernels? I ask cuz i used slayher's for a while with CM6 and it worked well. Also i used both slayher and chevy kernels with stock rooted and CM6 up to 1.2GHz and it worked fine, but now i boot loop if i use any chevy kernel over 1GHz (the 1GHz kernel that SS came with works fine though). Most kernels work well until i push them with psx4droid, then the bootloops start.

So do Slayher kernels work with SS? I used this link to find some...
    http://www.droidforums.net/forum/an...ms-kernels-baseband-updates-source-leaks.html
and it links me his kernels at the CM website. I'll probably give them a shot anyway, I was just wondering if any of you guys use them for Chevy's rom?

Just tried the chevy kernels so far for Simply Stunning. Tried mostly LV. Tried i think MV1.2 also. There's MV ones I haven't tried yet. Pretty much every kernel i try will boot just fine. I can use my phone and everything. Then when I start playing a playstation rom, my phone will reboot pretty soon. I used to use LV1.2GHz while playing psx4droid when i used stock rooted froyo or CM6 and it never rebooted. I thought its kinda weird that it did with this rom.

Haven't tried p3droids yet, though those never worked too well back when i was stock rooted. Guess i could try them out too.

So i know kernels behave differently depending on peoples droids. I guess they behave differently depending on the custom rom as well?
