Skype Calling

I think I read in one of the threads somewhere about someone using Skype on the mobile to call any phone in US and Canada for free not just Skype to Skype but any # I have 1400 min fam plan and dont use near all my minutes but would be nice to call Canada have a few friends there plus Id just like to see how it works anyone else here anything on this Thanks
