Single message sent by multiple applications.

Hi everyone, I can't figure out how to fix this issue. I am sure is some setting I am missing and is driving me a little nuts. So when I sent an email from an exchange account in my phone is also sending a text message to the users I also have their cell phone numbers in my contacts.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
