I did not create this theme, I am just sharing it with you guys. All credit goes to JayR_Themer.

Simply Blue -- A Modified Stock ICS Theme
This is for Liquid-ICS-v1.1 and Black Ice Toro 28.99 only.
You need to install over a cleanly installed Liquid-ICS-v1.1, or Black Ice Toro 28.99, for best results.If you post issues, this will be the first thing you are asked, so save us both the time and do it right please.​

What you will find in this theme:​

* Most current version of ApexLauncher (v1.0.2)
(Updates found in post 2)
* Majority of the stock ICS theme is in tact
* All stock text colors for the framework are in tact
* Some app text colors have been modified due to the use of inverted apps
* Themed soft keys
* Themed keyboard
* Themed power widget
* Themed lock screen handles, built in shortcuts, phone answer/decline
* ICS Blue colored notification icons
* New app icons, uniform in style, 2 options of color schemes (2 seperate downloads, see below.)
* Several backgrounds and windows that were dark grey have been turned black
* Extra icons in a seperate download (Requests for more are welcome, but I cannot promise them to you.)
