    There are some Sim errors reported. Try a reset by simultaneously pressing Power/Vol down.

    My husband's Xoom tablet is giving him the same message. Any idea whether all Verizon 4G devices will be affected? Does he really need to contact customer service or should it resolve itself when Verizon gets it together?

    I had this exact error, just turned the phone on/off. never showed error again and 4g is working great.

    Problem resolved. Power off and back on again. No more error? Hitting 4G in new jersey.
