SIII Auto rotate broken

I am having my first issue with my SIII... :blink:

Randomly today the auto rotate of the screen seems to not work for anything. I have checked to make sure that it is active, and I've also tried using a different launcher... as well as calibrating again....

What do you think???

Not to sound rude, just curious...but did you try a good ol' fashion battery pull?

Not rude at all, really I didnt think to do that since I usually only do a battery pull if a phone is frozen.

Strangely enough the issue seems to have resolved itself once I connected the phone to its charger last night, I'm at a loss
