Sig and such?

Okay this might seem like a really stupid question...But I cannot figure out how to change my sig and avy at all. Is this a feature that's unlocked when you've been here awhile? Or...? Am I just missing something?

Click the user CP tab above. A new window will open. Look on the left about eight selections down "edit signature" you can change your avatar and a number of other itmes as well.

XD Well what annoys me is all those times I saw the User CP and never did it once hit me that CP stood for Control Panel. Just goes to show how long I've been away from forums. X3 This is my first back time to a forum in a looong while.
