    Android Agenda Widget

    I like it because I'm a big fan of the agenda view. Plus its very customizable appearance wise and supports calendar colors from Google Calendar.

    Download, install and config as directed the Android SDK Android Developers

    Download and install the Motorola drivers for the Droid 3 MOTODEV > Documentation & Tools > Android Technical Library > Installing Motorola Handset Drivers

    Run ddsm.bat from the android sdk with your phone connected via USB to your PC. Select the device listed, select from the menu something like grab screenshot or something. Save, Refresh for next shot, save, etc...
