Should I unroot my phone before upgrading to a nexus?

I'm going to use my moms upgrade today to upgrade to a nexus early and my phone is rooted and running JTs ICS. Should I unroot it or what?

Are you trading in your old device? If not, dont worry about.

The store doesn't need to see your current phone. All you'll have to do is make sure it is turned off when it comes time to activate the new phone on your line.

I just upgraded to a Nexus from a Droid today. They didn't even want to look at it. They want nothing to do with it.
