Anyone know what the shortcut switch or path is to expand the status bar? Apps like HelixLauncher provide a link in their menu called "Notifications" which when pressed drops down the status bar so you can see what's in your notifications. I'm trying to create a shortcut with bettercut to do this, but don't know the path. I'm assuming it's android.app.Notification for the path, but don't know what to put in for data...any help?

I would love to know this also, so I can switch from full screen on helix2beta and get my notifications with one shortcut.

Bump Bump. I'd love to see this feature. However I was thinking along the lines of a kinda auto hide.

Why don't you just flick it down from the top?

Id like it to be hidden and still scroll down on swipe.

You can do this with the ADW home app (not the swiping feature). You can set it to hide the notification bar, then have it bind the home button to display notifications when at the home screen, if I remember correctly.

thank you, i just set it to this and it works very nicely.

for anyone interested: adw settings > screen preferences > hide status bar > back button to main settings menu > UI settings > home button binding > show/hide status bar
