    I’m looking for an App that will allow me to type a few letters and have it triggers a word(s)

    Basically it is a shortcut expansion app. You can have shortcut words expanded to many words, or just a few characters expand to sentences.

    I used similar apps on other phones and the shortcut is triggered to fire when the space key is pressed or better yet when preceded by a .

    For example:

    asap = as soon as possible
    wo = WORKING 9 - 7
    wc = WORKING 1 - C
    sc = SCHEDULE CHANGE OFF
    dy = Pickup/Drop Off Cleaning
    bnk = Go to the Bank
    dpt = DEPARTING TRAVEL PLANS
    rpt = RETURN TRAVEL PLANS
    hc = Haircut
    br = BRUNCH:
    lu = LUNCH:
    di = DINNER:
    te = TEXT:
    em = EMAIL:
    ca = CALL:
    ev = EVENT:
    me = MEET:

    Thanks for any help.
    Mike

    Thanks for your replies.

    I'm using SwiftKey (which is a great app) but I don't see a way to teach it that: dy = Pick up & Drop off Dry Cleaning
