I tried to search if anyone has a similar situation, but didn't see anything. I updated SMU a few mins ago, then ran it to upgrade to 2.0.3. The problem is, when I run SMU I get a long list of text, scriptlike. At the top is reads:
ParseException: At line 178, column 2: Mismatched tag
Then a ton more, and I never get prompted to dl a new rom or flash...
    Any thoughts?

Thanks R1, but it seems like he was having problems flashing. I'm getting that text in the SMU app itself. I could try uninstalling and reinstalling I suppose. I expected it to pop up with the 2.0.3 when I ran the app, instead I got the long list of text and no msgbox to dl or flash.

Yeah, seems as though theres a few of us that posted in the comments section on Sholes website. I'm going to keep an eye on that to see if a dev replies or if someone figures it out.

I'm having the same problem. Since updating to the most recent version in the Market, the Sholes app no longer works.
Hopefully this is addressed soon, and today. Very unhappy right now :(

Did this. Also power cycled my device... and 'force stopped' the SMU app. Nothing works.

^good to know, I was just going to try it. I'm not too upset, my phones running great on 2.0.2. So long as it gets fixed and I can continue to use the app to upgrade ROMs in the future.

My phone runs fine, but I'm a lil peeved. I donated/purchased this app to support Sholes, if I would have known it would not work I would've taken the 'free' version. I'm venting a little, but I hate when something I pay for doesn't work :(

Funny I had this issue yesteday when my 2.0.3 update stalled at 25% and then I got this screen.I guess it could have been the server but I did this and within 20 min was able to get up and running again
    -backup smupdater in astro
    -delete/uninstall smupdater from phone
-using sp recovery I flashed a very stable overclocked 2.0.1 rom image
    -reinstalled smupdater on that rom
-opened app and viola downloaded 2.0.3

After booting 2.0.3 for the first time my widgets would not update so I went into recovery and reboot system. Next boot was perfect except my facebook sync wasn't working I deleted that and re added my account and all is perfect now! I have had no issues with maps or gmail at all go figure. I am NOT recommending anyone follows this procedure because it may not work for you or worse mess up your phone I'm just saying this worked for me.

Guess they aren't quite ready yet? I get an option to select 2.0.3 now but get some lines of text after I select it and it doesn't download lol. Oh well, I'll keep waiting.

DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to take effect across the net. This isn't usually the case, when I have done changes most users see the effect in 2-6 hours, but it can take longer.
