Shaking phone icon on notification bar

Sorry but very new here and I am trying lots of things. Something I tried put an icon I did not notice until much later on my notification bar.

It does not show up in the drop screen so I am assuming it is "ongoing" (see, I did search before writing this!) The icon is close to the 3G symbol. It has graphics that make it look like a shaking phone.

Being old and senile I cannot remember anything I did that would have started this up. So please let me know if you recognize this icon and what I can do to remove it.

Yup it's vibrate. Hit the volume control a couple times and it'll go away.
