    Here they are! Replace your stock boot image (not the bootanimation) with the ShadowRom Logo.

    Again, these are NOT boot animations! These are boot logo image replacements. You know, the little image you see as soon as you turn your device on, before the boot animation even loads up.

    Sholes (Droid 1) Boot Logo Replacements
    Instructions for installation of Sholes boot logo replacements
    1) Download and Install the Motorola Drivers if you haven't already (choose only one; 32 bit OR 64 bit)
    -> Windows 32-bit
    -> Windows 64-bit
    2) Download and Install RSD Lite v4.6
    3) Download one of the SBF files below
    4) Connect your phone to USB and turn it off then while your phone is booting hold UP on the DPAD to enter the bootloader.
    5) Run RSD Lite 4.6 as Administrator (For all you Vista and 7 folks out there. If you are using XP you may not need to run as Administrator)
    6) Click the ... next to the filename box and browse to where you saved the .sbf file and double click the .sbf file.
    7) Hit start and below it should give you completion progress and all of that.
    8) Your phone will reboot itself. At this time it is safe to close RSD Lite, ignoring any warnings.
    9) Enjoy!

    Note: These are NOT FULL SBF files! They are logo replacements only! If you want to go back to stock, these SBFs wont help you.

    How do you edit .sbf files? If, let's say I'd like to create a custom logo

    It's called hacking. If it was easy, we'd all be doing it. ;)

    Not exactly the response I intended to receive, but thanks anyway. Self insight proved to be more successful than a dev tip.

    My "tip" was, and always has been, for people to find their own answers. ;)

    Glad I could help in your learning experience instead of spoon feeding you! :D
