Settings key looks grainy?

Hi everyone,
Just got my razr maxx and I have a question. My settings key, the key on the lower left hand corner of the phone (3 horizontal lines), looks grainy and different from the home, back, and search key. Does anyone else have this issue?

At night mine looks like the LED is just a little offset towards the top. Kinda makes it look grainy.

Mine looks the same way, also the search key has the same issue for me.
