Settings keeps crashing

I am trying to see my usage statistics but everytime I try and open it... settings crash. If anybody could help my that'd be great. Ummm I tried attaching a screenshot of the error but this is my first post soo im kinda a noob haha it says it can't upload cuz the picture is in the wrong format....

Try rebooting and trying again. Where in your settings did you look?
