I have lots of ringtones I loaded from my old phone. I can't figure out how to get them to show up in the choice list when set ringtone per person.

Is there an app that can help manage ringtones? Not find them or edit them, just in setting them.

Get a file Manager app (like Astro) and make a folder on your SD and name it "media" then inside of that folder make one called "ringtones" "notifications" and "alarms" - then place your corresponding tones in the appropriate folders and they will show up along the stock tones in the selection list

RingDroid will allow you. Just choose the tone and name it whatever and it drops it into the ringtone folder
Ringo will allow you to assign them for individual contact for both calls and texts
