Setting a saved pic to wallpaper

Hey guys. I just converted to the X from an eris and I can't seem to figure out how to set a picture as my wallpaper. I found a picture online and saved it. Went into files and found it under downloads but don't have a set as option. Any help? Also what size pics fit?

Settings > Sounds And Display > Wallpaper Settings > Media Gallery > Folders > Downloads...
Should be that easy.

Thanks for the info. Also menu>wallpaper works. Don't know why or how I missed that. What about the size? Any ideas how I can make it fit better?

Export your pic to your computer and edit it that way via picasa or photoshop

I thought there was an app out that made it alot easier to set the pic the way you want it on your backround (not having to use that little box to crop it)

although i cant recall the app??
