Set up your Google account on company phone?

Got a company Droid... Interesting to see how different ICS is on AT&T versus my Verizon phone. Anyhow, I am reluctant to set up my personal Google account info on the company phone. Only real issue with this is that I can't get to the Playstore.

How do others handle this?

Create a new Google account just for the work phone.
