Set phone up to speak but now it won't scroll

    Don't remember how we did it but we set the phone up to audibly speak the commands when touched. Now we can't scroll...when we touch the screen, the phone just tells us what we've touched. Can't even get to all the apps since it won't scroll...

    Try selecting Settings ~ Accessibility ~ Talk Back ~ turn it off. That might help.

    Thanks...but I don't see "Accessibility" in settings. I can't scroll past sound, display, storage and battery...

    I read on line once that if Talkback is turned on, you have to use two fingers to scroll on the phone screen. Might be worth a try.
