Is there any way to set the increment that the power control bar adjust brightness? Like low setting at 10% medium at 30% high 100% and auto? Or are they just set numbers that u can't change?

I'm not positive but I don't think you can change them on the stock widget. There are other widgets in a market, excuse me Google Play, that does enable you to adjust each settings.

Another member recommended Lux and I am very happy with it. I even bought the full version because it works so well. The screen shot below shows how you can link brightness to a specific number of ambient lumens by using a slider. You can even choose what combination of sensors you want to use to measure the ambient light.
