Send location to another android user

There are many apps I found that can send location info to others via sms, email, social networks. But after testing these by sending to myself I can't directly load this up into my nav. All is see is a picture of a map or maybe see a text showing coordinates.

Anyone know the best way available and easiest to forward my location to another person with an android phone and they with a click or two can load the info right into their nav and start navigating to my location?

Find the location you want to share in maps. Press it and open the location page

then choose share this place and then choose sms, I use handcent, and send it to your friend. When they receive it they can click on the link and choose to open in maps

they can then choose to navigate to this place and open it in navigation.
