New build PREVIEW 5 is up:
Hash of Codes: Downloads

Changes include:
- Orientation fix (still working on rotation in Launcher)
- A lot of FC fixes for phone and related apps

No 3G Data fix just yet, but it's getting better. I swapped the build.prop back to network mode 7 which enables GSM/CDMA searching. And you can see the network switch is now building correctly by turning on airplane mode and then turning it off again. You should see the Network Switch pop up and do it's thing.

I have another 10 or so telephone classes to work through to make the whole thing seemless and then we'll see Motorola-like dual radio support in ICS for Droid 3.

i would suggest u use safe strap and to remove bootstrap u can use TB to remove or simply delete it out of ur apps folder and then install safestrap 1.07
and u can switch back and for between safe strap and boot strap but make sure u follow the proper steps or u can bootloop ur phone

here is a link for safestrap Hash of Codes: HOW-TO Safestrap

So all i have to do is Delete the app from the phone and it removes the recovery?

It creates its own back up to switch back and forth between safe mode and non safe mode u never want to use back ups from bootstrap in safestrap or the other way around
