Seidio Innocase Replacement Warranty Question

    I recently dropped my phone encased in the seidio innocase surface - sapphire blue and one of the tabs that keeps the front plate on broke off in the fall. Is this covered under warranty for a replacement? My order is #302221, hopefully it is, if not I'll obviously have to buy a new one.

    Another question, would I be able to pay for an upgrade to the "Rugged" line? I no longer have the original packaging to complete an RMA form, so that is obviously out of the question. Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes it is covered, but from your first email until you receive your replacement will be close to 30+ days. Horrible CS for a defect on their $50 case!

    I probably will never buy from this company again. They knew the faceplates were defective, yet it takes 30 days to get a new one. To top it off it costs close to $50 for a case with a bad faceplate that was only removed once in 3 months to become defective, and unable to remain on the phone!

    Great case, bad company!
