uhh no not for me. I like this phone being thin....thick battery like that and it defeats the purpose. Only way I can see buying that is if I am on an extended trip or traveling internationally.

I have to say I am with PC on this one. That would completely change the feel of the phone which is one of my favorite things about it.

But if someone needs better battery life it should provide that with no issues.

Doesn't this battery also not support NFC?

You'd think they would have tried to stick with a similar design, but guess not.

Have to give it to Moto with the Maxx, really did a nice job hitting 3300mAh with a thin device.

My Nexus has no problem lasting all day, just nice to see a manufacturer trying to keep a device thin while greatly increasing the battery life.

I did expect this for the battery though. I came from the OG DROID with the seidio extended battery which was fantastic for staying alive for days and it actually gave the DROID a great feeling for holding in my hand.
Oh well, hope those that ordered it post up a review of this new extended battery!

Yuck. It looks ugly. Plus I am averaging about one day+ with minimal usage on the stock battery.

It certainly is. But you have to admit if judging based on function this thing has to nail it. The capacity is vast lol.

You don't think it looks that "badly"? Are you serious? It's like taking a step backwards...Zack Morris - Saved By The Bell style.
