I searched but didn't find this issue.

My phone seems to have lost root after the ota update. I still have the superuser app, but my root only applications say the phone isn't rooted, and I cannot get su access in the terminal emulator or in ADB.

I attempted to re-root the phone but that has not worked. I could not go through the process to unroot the phone, as permission is denied when trying to mount the system.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

How are you attempting to root your phone? After update I had trouble with adb but z4 worked

I had the same problem so what I did was install z4 root then hit unroot. When it came back I hit perm root and wha-la back rooted.
