    Ordered a case online for my Thunderbolt with extended battery. Right after I clicked the submit order I realized it was the wrong one. I called and they said they would make the change before shipping. Well, they din't. I called the day I got it and the girl said no problem. They sent the one I wanted (Active) the same or next day along with a return label for me to return the other one.

    I was very impressed that they did not make me return the wrong one first and wait till they got it. Also did not charge me any shipping or other fees. Excellent service.

    By the way, the case fits nicely and I am very pleased.
