Security screening lock settings locked?

Administrator has locked me from changing my screen lock. I am the administrator though. Anyone know how I can fix this.?

Never mind. I Google it and it had to do with vpn ssttings

Try a factory reset by booting into recovery. I've never messed with the encrypt phone feature, so I'm not 100% sure if a factory reset would work but it would certainly be my first try at fixing your issue.
