Yes just place it on your sd card. Go to Rom Manager and install from SD card. Check Wipe Data and your done.

Not sure if this has a new kernel or not.

If you want you can boot into clockwork recovery and then find it on sd card and install also.

No there is no new kernel. The source has not been released by HTC yet. Devs are waiting. Virus also said that the reception bar may not be working properly and he is looking into the issue

memory is missing? i installed this rom... I had 2.5Gb of internal space. This went down to 2.3gb after install.. i figured this has somthing to do with the rom. no big deal.. when i go back to my stock rom from a recovery backup i am still missing that space? any1? I noticed durring the install of the rom there were partitions made?? i dont know where this space has gone?

paul I have 2 bolts.. one rooted one not.. the both show only 2.9 gig of internal memory??
