I keep getting a "this device isn't compatible" notice on all apps. I've deleted the "play" data and cache, even uninstalled the play update and I still get the message. It wont let me download any app. Any ideas?

Try installing something from the web store. Market.android.com

See if the message is there.

Maybe wipe and re-install. I never experienced that issue on that rom.
