I keep seeing a so called "SD-card" hack which supposedly speeds up your reading time... I cant seem to find the source, can someone post a link to it or make an update.zip for pe v4.2?

I think they do about the same. The only difference is the app (sd increase) is far easier to adjust and play with.

another option here....which I can't believe hasn't been mentioned is SD Maid. It searches your SD card for "corpses" which are remaining files or whatever from apps that have been uninstalled.

SD Maid is awesome! thanks for the heads up!

And the zip is a more "core" fix - with less overhead, but the app is easier/safer, and it wont loose your other tweaks if you have any that might be in the same file...

I did this and my pic's load in a heartbeat EVERYTIME....unlike before where the first time took 20 seconds or so.....ok....that might be an exaggeration but you get my point.
