Yes it should have. The phone is useless without one if you want to take pictures, store anything from contacts to files etc. I can't imagine they let you walk out without explaining what the SD card is and does...give you the size of it's storage etc...This is assuming you bought it at a Verizon dealer. If you bought it some other way, you are taking a risk that something like this would happen..but since I don't know the situation, if you want to actually use it for what it was made for, get to verizon and get one. If you bought the phone from them, you should get quite an apology and a free card. (If it was me I would make it known what happened to the other customers in the store by talking really loud and put on my aggravated I can't believe it face) and you might get a discount or something else free...That's just me. If you bought it some other way, you are stuck and will have to pay for one...Good Luck!!
